Found a lump. Caused me anxiety for months. Got the courage to call the doctor. Doctor was a female, about my age. So embarrassed. She was awesome about it. Nothing to worry about. Sent for a scan anyway. No more anxiety. Don't die of embarrassment fellas. Get checked out. Peace.
